CNMV authorisation for Vueling tender offer

International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. ("IAG"), in compliance with article 82 of Law 24/1988, of July 28, on the Securities Markets, hereby announces that the Spanish National Securities Market Commission has authorised today (16 July) the tender offer for the shares of Vueling Airlines, S.A. for its delisting from the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia Stock Exchanges that was filed by Veloz Holdco, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal), IAG's wholly-owned subsidiary, on 28 June 2013 and declared admissible on 5 July 2013.

A copy of the announcement form of the offer that will be published in the Listing Bulletin (Boletín de Cotización) of the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia Stock Exchanges and in, at least, a Spanish national newspaper, is attached to this relevant fact notice as annex.
